Goods Vehicle Operator’s Licence
Aardvark Haul Plant of The Quarry, Unit 26 Dunchideock, Exeter, EX2 9UA is applying to change an existing licence as follows: To add an operating centre to keep 10 goods vehicles and 10 trailers at Unit 26, The Quarry, Dunchideock, Exeter, EX2 9UA. Owners or occupiers of land (including buildings) near the operating centre(s) who believe that their use or enjoyment of that land would be affected, should make written representations to the Traffic Commissioner at Hillcrest House, 386 Harehills Lane, Leeds, LS9 6NF stating their reasons, within 21 days of this notice. Representors must at the same time send a copy of their representations to the applicant at the address given at the top of this notice. Is this going to aggravate the local traffic situation, bad enough with all the present lorries?
Although the notice was not dated, it was published 1 October 2020 so the deadline for response is 22 October. The 44 page "Guide to making Representations" is available on this link.
However, whilst it looks massive, the advice and forms are fairly easy. But it is unnecessary, apart from a moan to point out that it's a total distortion of what's being planned. All disconcerting for our residents.
