Comments on Finances for the 19 Nov. meeting
The Clerk presents two finance documents:-
The budget paper totally ignores income aspects of the budget.
It also omits all the finances for the defibrillators purchase and maintenance liabilities. Also omitted are some items of expenditure already approved in Minutes, these include:
There is a total lack of forecast out-turn expenditure for this financial year. We don't know where we're going!
The Precept Notice is a muddle. No wonder the Clerk wants more pay, more expenses, massive increases for eventual replacement defibrillators, election costs, etc. The costs are seemingly running out of control next year.
The finances of this Parish Council are opaque, misunderstood and of increasing concern. I suspect the Councillors find it all much too hard to grasp.

- £?? - the new printer
- £26 missing from Clerk's expenses
